This year marked the 20th anniversary of Western Growers Financial Services, a registered investment advisor and broker-dealer that currently manages over $300 million in client and corporate assets.
While 2020 was filled with unplanned roadblocks, we spent the year focused on the future by expanding our retirement security capabilities.
Our biggest decision was the competitive nationwide search and transition to a new 401(k) administrator and custodian for our Western Growers Retirement Security Plan. The search was guided by expert counsel—the Retirement Security Plan Advisory Board—who selected Northwest Plan Services as our third-party administrator (TPA), with Charles Schwab serving as the custodian of RSP’s assets.
