IMMIGRATION Western Growers continues to push for agricultural immigration reform and is currently working with the new administration and Congressional leadership to pass our legislative priorities. Pushing for a targeted, two-pronged ag labor fix that includes a pathway to legalization for existing workers and creates a new streamlined guest worker program. During the pandemic, we successfully pushed to keep the U.S. Consulates operating and ports of entry open to allow for the continued flow of H-2A labor.
