About Our Catalog & Sales We would like to thank everyone who has helped and encouraged us to put this catalog and sale together. Over the years of our consignment sales, we have had consignors that return and understand our rules and deadlines. We would like to inform the new buyers and sellers of those rules and deadlines for future reference.
First and foremost, our sale dates are ALWAYS in MAY & OCTOBER.
Second, our horse consignment deadline for the catalog is 3 weeks prior to the sale date or until we reach the limit on the number of head. We start taking new consignments following each sale. Consignment fees are $100 per horse for the regular session OR $150 per horse for the special session and due when consigned or can be deducted from sale of horse(s). There is no pass out fee and an 8% commission fee if sale price is over $2,500 and 10% if $2,500 or under . For those who choose to be after the catalog, their horses will be sold on a first come, first served basis unless you would like to BUY IN right after the catalog for an additional $50. We start giving numbers at 7a.m. Sunday morning. You may bring your paperwork (coggins and/or registra- tion) and reserve early numbers and bring your horse(s) later in the day. No pens will be guaranteed for non-cataloged horses until later on in the sale. There is a $25 pass out fee and an 8% commission fee if sale price is over $2,500 and 10% if under, but no consignment fee. Please, no uncontrollable stallions. Our next Annual Fall Horse Sale is scheduled for October 2025, so be sure to get your consignment information to us by mail, email (srsaddlery@yahoo.com), or fax (903) 632-5458, text (903) 439-9013, or stop in the office with a copy of registration papers, footnotes, and con- signor information as soon as possible. ALL HORSES, Catalog and After Catalog, MUST be brought through the ring at their appropriate time to be auctioned. We have advertised this sale in a multi-state area online, with flyers, and mailed catalogs to prospective buyers. If a horse is a PO in the ring and a buyer & seller came to an agreement while the horse is still on sale grounds, then you must run it through the office. No Alley Trades (Before or After)
Thank you
