Attention Buyers: TERMS & CONDITIONS

BIDDING Each horse will sell to the highest bidder with permission of the seller. If a tie results between two bidders, the auctioneer will open the bidding up between those two bidders only. In case of a dispute, the auctioneer shall have sole authority to settle the bid. Each bidder must have a buyer’s number to bid. The auctioneer may decline any bids and his decision shall be final. PAYMENT All horses are to be paid for the day of the sale. No horse shall leave the grounds without a bill of sale. Cash, all major credit or bank cards, travelers and bank checks will be accepted. There is a 5% buyer’s premium, which is waived for cash or check pay- ments. Positive identification is required to receive a buyer’s number. A $30 returned check fee will be added to any insufficient funds check accepted. RISK The buyer becomes responsible for his or her purchase as soon as the horse leaves the auction ring. If you must leave your horse overnight, arrange- ments must be made with our office staff. Your horse/horses may be picked up between 8 am - 5 pm the following day unless other arrangements have been made. HEALTH All horses will have negative coggins test with the exception of foals that are under 8 months of age. ANNOUNCEMENTS Any announcements made the day of the sale shall take precedence over printed information within this catalog. We will call to your attention, the day of the sale, any printed errors, deletions, or changes that may have occurred after the printing of this catalog. Please be sure and pay close attention to these announcements, for we act as agents only. LIABILITY All buyers and spectators attend the sale at their own risk. SRS Auction Services, Stanley Equipment & Horse Sales, Sulphur River Saddlery, Inc., or anyone else shall not be liable for accidents to people, property or horses. Please watch your kiddos.
