The previous owner, sold the 5,000 s/f flex building to Manor Realty. Also, Dorman recently completed two leasing transactions in Bethlehem. He represented the land- lord of Bethlehem Office Commons. The new ten- ant, Spherion Staffing, will be taking over this 1,352 s/f office in the beginning of November.
