Brief explanation of Project: During my Applied Residency Project I will be completing the research portion of my dissertation. Goals will include recruitment of participants, scheduling of interviews and conducting interviews with participants of the Women’s Leadership Institute at Lakeland University. Rationale for Committee: Committee members were selected based on background in feminist theory, higher education, curriculum and course design and transformative learning theory. Committee members bring a wide array of experiences that will inform my research and help guide me to fulfill the requirements of an Ed.D. in Educational Sustainability.
