We call it the Client Wall , and it’s a daily reminder of the lives we’ve impacted.
A TRADITION ROOTED IN CORE VALUES About 5 years into The Button Law Firm’s journey, Russell had a simple but meaningful idea to start taking photos with the clients we help and displaying them at BLF’s office. “Each photo is a story,” he says. “It’s a reminder of the trust our clients put in us and the responsibility we have to fight for them. We started it to reflect on the lives we were helping, and it quickly became one of our favorite traditions.” This wall isn’t just about the wins — it’s about connection . At BLF, our core values — making a difference, family and team, and believing in better — guide everything we do. They remind us why we show up every day: to fight for families, support our community, and keep raising the standard for what justice should look like. A GROWING WALL, A GROWING IMPACT Since we started this tradition, we’ve surpassed a decade of serving families across Texas and beyond. With that growth came more stories and more lives impacted. Every framed photo represents a moment shared — a face-to- face meeting, a meaningful conversation, and a fight for justice that led to a life-changing result. These images remind us that behind every case is a person whose life we have had the honor of impacting, and we are committed to making a difference, one family at a time. “There’s nothing more powerful than walking by a wall full of people we’ve helped and knowing we made a difference in their lives. What started as a small gesture has become part of our identity and keeps us motivated and grateful,” Russell shares. SENDING LOVE BACK TO OUR CLIENTS This tradition has brought us so much joy that we decided to send each client a framed copy of the photo as a thank you and keepsake to remember the journey we took together. It’s our way of saying, “We see you. We’re proud to have walked this journey with you. And we won’t forget it.” Clients have told us how much they appreciate the gesture; some have even shared where their photo hangs in their homes.
As BLF continues to grow, so will the wall. We’re proud of what it represents — and even prouder of the people in those frames.
