The impact of prediction markets on Tribal Gaming will be a main topic at IGA’s Tradeshow in San Diego, March 30 th -April 2 nd in San Diego. I want to invite ALL Tribal Leaders to our Membership Meeting on Tuesday, March 31 st , at 2:00 p.m. to discuss Indian Country’s next steps in the prediction market battle. In addition, there are over a dozen conference sessions taking place during the week in San Diego on the prediction market developments. The IGA Board is scheduled to meet and will once again discuss the prediction market sports betting issue and receive input from our Regional Board representatives on where Tribes can continue to assist in this battle. I hope you can join us in San Diego for these important discussions and we are already planning other regional meetings so that we receive all of Indian Country’s input on this important gaming issue. This is the new Sovereignty battle of our generation. We will need everyone’s cooperation and dedication to fight and win this battle to protect tribal sovereignty and all that you have worked hard for, and played by the rules established by IGRA and the Courts in our long battle to conduct gaming on our Tribal lands.
