(“TASIN”), and 30 federally recognized Indian tribes 2 (“Amici Tribes”) (collectively, “Tribal Amici”), submit this brief as amici curiae pursuant to Rule 29(a)(2) of the Federal Rules of Appellate Procedure. 3 While the Tribal Amici concur with and support the arguments submitted by the Defendants-Appellees, they believe that this brief’s additional arguments are relevant and helpful to the Court’s deliberation. IGA is a non-profit organization comprised of 124 federally recognized Indian tribes that operate gaming enterprises throughout Indian Country.
