February 27, 2026 Re: NIGC Prediction Markets Listening Session on April 1, 2026, at the Indian Gaming Association Convention and Trade Show Dear Tribal Leader: The National Indian Gaming Commission (Commission) is committed to engaging with Tribal leaders regarding industry issues, especially those with significant implications pursuant to the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act (IGRA). Please join the Commission for a listening session on April 1, 2026, at the Indian Gaming Association Convention and Trade Show, San Diego Convention Center, Meeting Room 22, from 11:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. (PST). The listening session provides the opportunity to share your Tribe’s perspectives, concerns, and asks of the Commission respecting prediction markets. No advance registration is required. This listening session is intended for Tribal leaders and tribal gaming regulators and is not open to media or vendors. The NIGC appreciates your valuable contributions and looks forward to meeting with you during the listening session. Please feel free to submit your Tribe’s input in advance to roundtable@nigc.gov.
