D-Day Normandy Cruise on the Seine River June 1-11, 2019 Starting at $8,669
This unforgettable trip begins with three days in Paris, including a city tour, a visit to Notre Dame, and a special surprise at the Eiffel Tower. We’ll then board the Scenic Gem for a 7-night cruise along the Seine River. With an included shore excursion at every port, we will have the
opportunity to see the famous sites of Joan of Arc, a stop at Monet’s former residence and gardens, and visit Chateau de Chantilly. The highlight of the tour takes place on the 75th anniversary of D-Day. On this day, we will walk the historic beaches of Normandy, visit the Landing Museum at Arromanches, and reflect while standing in the Normandy American Cemetery overlooking Omaha Beach. We will visit various Normandy American sites while in the Honfleur area, plus the white cliffs of Etretat. It’s a once-in-a-lifetime, eye-opening opportunity dedicated to the achievements and sacrifices of battle on the French shores. We’ll arrive back in Paris late in the evening on day nine to see the Eiffel Tower light show. Our final day in Paris is at your leisure.
