CareGiver Training Institute

Older Americans Month Older adults play vital, positive roles in our communities – as family members, friends, mentors, volunteers, civic leaders, members of the workforce, and more. Just as every person is unique, so too is how they age and how they choose to do it – and there is no “right” way. That’s why the theme for Older Americans Month 2022 is Age My Way. Diverse communities are strong communities. Ensuring that older adults remain involved and included in our communities for as long as possible benefits everyone. CGTI is proud to strengthen our community through vital education with caregivers, nursing assistants and assisted living managers.

Mission and Vision CareGiver Training Institute’s vision and mission is to transform lives through healthcare education, and to be the leader in Healthcare Education by elevating standards in training, inspiring excellence in our students and positively impacting the community.

The CareGiver Training Institute Industry Partner Program is an avenue for community care providers and students to connect. The program allows students and community care providers to interact and learn more about one another. It creates an opportunity for successful employment for both students and community care providers. The program allows high visibility for partnership between a company and CGTI/PCOA. Finally, participating in the program allows for furthering a company’s investment in providing high quality care to Southern Arizona. We’re currently strengthening our community connection with Industry Partners Arizona Homestead, Bayada Home Health, Catalina In-Home Care, Heritage Oaks Assisted Living, The Villas at Wilmot and The Oasis at El Corral Assisted Living.
