Guest Guidelines (Begins June 19)

Beginning Friday, June 19, members will be allowed to invite guests to join them at the Club in most areas. Guests may not use the Fitness Center and associated services, the Aquatics Complex, or the James River Golf Course. Club-sponsored events will remain limited to members only.

R E S I DENT GUE S T S Pre-COVID rules regarding frequency of visits and the number of guests allowed will return and be enforced. Note that dining is the only Club activity that does not have such limitations. GUE S T DE F I N I T I ONS A Resident guest is any person who, if he or she applied for membership, would be eligible to become a Resident member. Resident guests are ineligible to receive a guest card and may use the Club only when accompanied by a member. A Non-resident guest is any person who, if he or she applied for membership, would be eligible to become a Non-resident member.

In all activity areas except dining, members age 21 and older are permitted to have three Resident guests at a time and the same guest only once per month. Junior Associate members are permitted to have three Resident guests at a time and the same Resident guest only once per week. Junior members are permitted to have one Resident guest at a time and the same Resident guest only once per week. With advance arrangement by a parent, Junior members may be granted permission to bring up to three Resident guests for a specific activity.
