That afternoon brought a special highlight: a surprise visit from Grand Polemarch Jimmy McMikle, who inspired the brothers to seize every opportunity LEAD Kappa presented. He introduced Mikale Elliott, Sr. Asso- ciate Director of Graduate Admissions at Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business, who shared details of a groundbreaking partnership offering fee waivers and tuition support for Kappa men pursuing graduate educa- tion. This initiative, born under the 35th Administration, demonstrated the fraternity’s investment in the long- term advancement of its members. Later, sessions led by Brother McGee and Brother Rodgers confronted the realities of hazing with honesty, equip- ping participants with tools to prevent harm and safeguard the fraternity’s

integrity. The day closed with fel- lowship at Arizona State University’s Rec Center, where brothers enjoyed basketball, dodgeball, pickleball, and even impromptu stroll practice—a reminder that brotherhood is about both discipline and joy.
