Volunteer Stats In FY22, ILAO volunteers donated more than 4,500 hours to help keep our legal information accurate, translated, and findable. At $50/hour, that’s more than $225,000 ! • Legal content volunteers reviewed more than 40,000 words, ensuring that ILAO’s tools are up-to-date • LiveHelp volunteers took nearly 20,000 chats, helping people find the information they need to resolve their legal issue • Spanish- and Polish-speaking volunteers helped translate more than 100,000 words • Community navigators gave more than 200 know-your-rights presentations to nearly 7,000 people impacted by incarceration and immigration policies
