If a problem occurs, we will give you a suitable replacement or you will receive full credit, minus the salvage value of the original bull, toward another purchase in next year’s sale. The bulls that sell have passed a breeding soundness exam. We require that you notify the seller of the bull in case of injury. We also reserve the right to a second opinion by a veterinarian of our choice. In the situation where we need to bring the bull back to the ranch after delivery for our vet to examine, it’s the buyer’s responsibility to get the bull back to our ranch at their expense. We will pay to have our vet examine the bull again, if he passes the exam, it’s the buyer’s responsibility to come pick up the bull at our ranch at their expense.
