SALE TERMS & CONDITIONS: Cattle will sell under the suggested Terms and Conditions of the American Angus Association (http://www.angus.org/ Pub/suggested_sale_terms.pdf). ANNOUNCEMENTS: Announcements made sale day from the auction block will take precedence over statements in the sale book. We reserve the right to withdraw any lot not meeting our specifications prior to sale time. HERD HEALTH: All cattle will have interstate health charts required for shipping into other sections of the United States. AI bred females will have been pregnancy examined. REGISTRATION CERTIFICATES: Each buyer must be sure to give the clerk the proper name and address for making transfers. RETAINED INTEREST: Davis Angus will retain one-third semen revenue sharing interest in each bull selling. Simply stated, should semen revenue become possible, Davis Angus will share in one-third of the proceeds. The bulls will remain in your possession, and you will receive 100% of any salvage value. If you sell the bull to another producer, Davis Angus will retain one-third interest. Davis Angus also reserves the right to collect semen on any bull purchased for in-herd use.
