TransGas Comprehensive Tariff
Delivery Transportation – Export – Firm – D11 Basic to Export Applicability:
To the movement of natural gas, owned by a second party, and transported from the TransGas Energy Pool through TransGas Limited's transmission facilities, and whose Contract Demand was transferred from D11 Basic Service to export. Subject to the General Business Policies II G 6.4. This rate is not applicable to any subsequent renewals of such Contract Demand.
Billing Demand:
The billing demand will be the Contract Demand.

Demand Charge per GJ of billing demand each month

Minimum Bill:
The Demand Charge plus any additional costs incurred.
Any taxes, levies or surcharges which may lawfully be imposed by or at the request of any municipal, provincial or federal authority will be charged to the Customer as required.
