TransGas Comprehensive Tariff
Storage Service – Firm and Interruptible Applicability:
To natural gas in storage on the TransGas Limited System during the storage year which extends from May 01 of one year to April 30 of the following year. This rate is available to all Customers for whom there is storage capacity available.
Contracted Rate of Withdrawal:
The maximum rate at which TransGas is obligated to redeliver gas to a Customer on any day. The Contracted Rate of Withdrawal for Interruptible storage is 0.000 GJ/d.
Contracted Capacity:
The cumulative net amount of gas, which a Customer has the right to deliver for storage at any time during the storage year.
Excess Withdrawal:
The amount of gas TransGas redelivered to a Customer, on a reasonable efforts basis, during the month, which exceeded the Firm Contracted Rate of Withdrawal on the day of redelivery. Interruptible storage utilizes excess withdrawal for redelivery, on a reasonable efforts basis.
Overholding Capacity:
An amount of gas which a Customer has in storage in excess of the Contracted Capacity including gas in storage at the end of the storage year for which a new storage contract has not been entered.
