E) Service Charges TransGas Energy Pool Account Applicability:
To any Customer on the TransGas System who holds an Energy Account within the TransGas Energy Pool.
Energy Account Charge:
Energy Account holders, also holding valid transportation or storage service, will not be subject to an Energy Account Charge or the Monthly Minimum Bill.

Any additional costs incurred.
Any taxes, levies or surcharges which may lawfully be imposed by or at the request of any municipal, provincial or federal authority will be charged to the Customer as required.
