TransGas Comprehensive Tariff
-G- Gas: means natural gas. A gaseous material composed of mainly hydrocarbons, which may be burned to produce heat or heat and light. Gas Transmission System (System): includes all those facilities, including the Customer Specific Facilities, owned or used by TransGas in the receipt, transport and delivery of Gas. [See Also Storage Facilities.] General Business Policies: means those policies governing the Customer’s ability to obtain and maintain Service from TransGas as set out in the Tariff. General Terms and Conditions: means those terms and conditions set out in the Tariff which are applicable to any Service provided to a Customer, by TransGas, unless designated to the contrary in the Service Specifications. Gigajoule (GJ): means Joules x 10 9 , and shall be calculated as the product of the Heating Value in MJ per Cubic Metre and the volume of Gas expressed in 10 3 m 3 .
