3.3 Storage A) Storage Service Specification I. Definitions
The uppercase terms used herein shall have the same meanings as are ascribed to the corresponding terms in the Definitions section of the Tariff, unless otherwise defined herein. II. Description of Service Subject to the terms and conditions applicable to Storage Service, the Service hereunder shall consist of the ability of a Customer to deliver Gas, from Customer’s own Shipper’s Imbalance Account at TEP, into Storage, for redelivery into Customer’s own Shipper’s Imbalance Account at TEP a t a later time, in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions. Storage Service is available on both a Firm and an Interruptible Service basis. In addition, Storage Services are available on a “Summer Use” basis. This Storage Service does not provide the Customer with any transportation Service rights associated with the movement of the Gas into or out of Customer’s own Shipper’s Imbalance Account at TEP. Customer must request and contract for any required transportation Service separately. III. Service Availability Storage Service is available to a Customer upon the Customer executing a TransGas Service Agreement and a TransGas Contract, identifying the provisions of Storage Services to Customer by TransGas. This Service does not provide the Customer with transportation Service to or away from TEP. Customer must request and contract for transportation Service with TransGas separately. IV. Nomination Procedures All Customers receiving Storage Service are required to comply with the Nomination Procedures set out for Storage Service in the Tariff and the General Business Policies.
