TransGas Comprehensive Tariff
Term of Service The term for Firm and Interruptible Storage Service shall be for a one (1) year period, commencing May 01 of the designated year. The term for Firm and Interruptible Storage Service shall have renewal rights as specified in Article 1.5 RENEWAL RIGHTS of the Storage Service Specification Terms and Conditions unless otherwise specified by TransGas.
V.
In the event the Customer requests a non-standard term, being a period less than one (1) year, the term will not Evergreen, but rather, the Customer will be required to provide TransGas with a written request for renewal of the term at least sixty (60) Days prior to its expiry, in accordance with the Tariff [See NRR in the Definitions Section of the Tariff.] VI. Application for Service Applications for Service under this Storage Service Specification shall be in a form as TransGas may prescribe from time to time. VII. General Terms and Conditions The General Terms and Conditions of the Tariff and the provisions of the TransGas Service Agreement for Storage Service are applicable to this Service Specification to the extent that such Terms and Conditions and provisions are not inconsistent with this Service Specification. VIII. Service Specification Terms and Conditions (attached) In addition to the requirements of Clause 7, a Customer receiving Storage Service is required to comply with the attached Terms and Conditions applicable to Storage Service.
