3.5 Electronic Business A) Electronic Business Service Specification I. Definitions
The uppercase terms used herein shall have the same meanings as are ascribed to in the corresponding terms in the Definitions section of the Tariff, unless otherwise defined herein. II. Description of Service Subject to the terms and conditions applicable to Electronic Business, this Service provides Customer access to the Secure Zone, located within the TransGas Web site, which contains Customer’s specific Service account Information. Such access may allow Customer to view, modify, or change such Information as outlined in the Electronic Business Terms and Conditions. III. Service Availability Electronic Business Service is available to Customer subject to the Customer executing a TransGas Service Agreement and an Electronic Business Schedule of Service TransGas Contract, and returning the same to TransGas. IV. Term of Electronic Business Schedule of Service The term of the Electronic Business Schedule of Service TransGas Contract shall continue from the Effective Date, until Customer or TransGas terminate the Electronic Business Service upon 30 Days prior written notice to the other party. Customer’s failure to comply fully with the Electronic Business Terms and Conditions may result in the immediate suspension of Electronic Business Service. V. Application for Service Applications for Electronic Business under this Service Specification shall be in a form that TransGas may prescribe from time to time. VI. General Terms and Conditions The General Terms and Conditions of the Tariff and the provisions of the Electronic Business Schedule of Service and the Electronic Business Terms and Conditions are applicable to this Service Specification to the extent that such Terms and Conditions and provisions are not inconsistent with this Service Specification. VII. Service Specification Terms and Conditions (attached) A Customer receiving Electronic Business access is required to comply with the attached Terms and Conditions and to Electronic Business.
