-W- Withdrawal: means the act of removing Gas from Storage under Storage Service and delivering it to Customer’s own Shipper’s Imbalance Account at TEP. Wobbe Index: shall mean a measure of the thermal input through a fixed orifice, calculated by dividing the Gas Heating Value in Megajoules per Cubic Metre by the square root of the Gas specific gravity with respect to air, based on a gross or higher heating value (HHV) at standard conditions 101.325 kPa/15 o C real, dry basis.
