WS Sweet Sixteen scared us with a broken rear leg between the knee and ankle at only two weeks of age. After about a month of barn time and special care she pulled through and to this day, I cannot tell you which leg she fractured. One point I often relay from that experience is how gentle her cow family is as her mother would stand over us while we would redress the splint regularly in a 17 sq ft calving pen...as if to make sure we were doing it right. So in short, from a personal perspective, it is difficult to part with WS Sweet Sixteen. But I believe there is someone who can take her places I cannot and continue improving this breed through her truly unique genetic building blocks and structural influence.
Physically, I love her mating to CDI Levite...I wish I had a flush from her this way. I believe the heifer to come could be a great one. -Aaron
