SALE LOCATION ADDRESS: 5314 76TH AVE SE, JUD, ND Directions to WFS Ranch: From Hwy 281, turn west on 49th St SE (on gravel) at the Montpelier sign, then go 6 ½ miles on 49th St SE. Turn right (north) onto our ½ mile L-shape driveway. From West I-94: Take exit 248, turn right to follow the south paved frontage road to the west until it takes a sharp left. Go south 11 miles. When pavement ends and turns into gravel, continue south for 2 miles to the intersection of 73rd Ave and 49th St SE. Turn left and go 3 ½ miles. Turn left (north) at our mailbox onto our driveway. C-B Sale Facility on sale day : From Gackle – 13 miles east on ND Hwy 46 to 76th Ave SE and north ¾ mile. OR 7 ½ miles west of the Junction of Hwy 281 and Hwy 46, north ¾ mile and right to the C-B Sale Facility.
