ARTS AND CULTURE CELEBRATION cleaning up the grounds around the centre of debris left behind by the storm.

The event was rescheduled to the October 16 weekend and centre staff and volunteers welcomed both visitors and special guests to enjoy tours of the heritage house, demons- trations of traditional crafts, live music, and other activities provided with assistance from the Conseil des arts de Prescott-Russell Arts Council (CAPRAC). «Today’s partnered event with CAPRAC and Tucker House speaks to the vitality of the arts and culture sector in our province, and within the Prescott-Russell region,» said Ruth Burns, executive director of the Ontario Culture Days program. «Thank you for supporting this beautiful hub of creativity, history, and sustainability that Tucker House and Conseil des arts de Prescott-Russell Arts Council are fostering.»
