GUARANTEE We guarantee all bulls and females to be sound and reproductively fertile upon delivery. In the event a problem occurs, we reserve the right to test any animal that is returned to the farm as a non-breeder for 90 days before making an adjustment. Breeding season is defined as the 90 day period following the first turnout of the bull. We cannot guarantee against physical injury, illness, gross negligence or willful misconduct on the part of the purchaser. Injury from another bull or bulls will not be covered. We strongly encourage Insurance. Our breeding guarantee is not an Insurance policy so please make sure you have your purchases covered. If a bull does get injured or dies, please notify us as soon as possible, we are here to help you but cannot always guarantee we have a spare bull to use. Any claims must be made by September 1st of the year of purchase. Nagorske Brothers Angus is not liable for genetic defects unknown at time of sale or parentage of calves that sell with dam. SEMEN INTEREST All bulls sell with 100% semen interests. Nagorske Brothers Angus retains free semen rights for in herd semen use as well as semen certificates at no cost on any bulls they choose to use. Nagorske Brothers Angus will retain off-season breeding rights on bulls listed on supplemental data sheet sale day. We will not be taking possession of a bull if our breeding season interferes with the buyers, or if it interferes with semen collection but ask that we can negotiate terms that work for both parties.

VOLUME DISCOUNT 2 Bulls 2%, 3 bulls 3%, 4 bulls 4%, for a maximum of 5% on 5 or more bulls. (When paid in full within 10 business days.) BULL DELIVERY Free delivery to a central point agreed upon by the buyer and seller will be provided within 300 miles on bulls selling over $4,000. Volume buyers will also qualify for free delivery within 300 miles. There will be a truck available sale day if you are able to receive your purchases but unable to haul them. Buyers that take their bulls home sale day or the week of the sale will receive $150/head discount. We will start delivering the remaining bulls March 1st. Bulls may be kept after 4/1/26 at a cost of $3.00/head/day and are not guaranteed free delivery. We would ask that all fall bulls be delivered as soon as possible. Buyers are responsible for injury and mortality after each animal is purchased sale day, cattle that will be boarded at Nagorske Brothers Angus must be insured immediately after purchases are made. INSURANCE We recommend purchasing an insurance policy for your purchase or purchases. If you need assistance getting an animal insured at the conclusion of the sale, we will be able to assist you. LIABILITY All buyers attending the sale do so at their own risk, Nagorske Brothers Angus and Kimball Livestock Exchange assume no liability for accidents or property loss that may occur. WALKING RIGHTS We will be retaining the right to walk bulls during the fall breeding season, we will not interfere with the new owners breeding period and this will be decided based on location of new homes and the breeding season of new owners. We will purchase a mortality insurance policy in return for the use of the bull. Sale day we will provide a list of bulls that we will be considering for fall breeding use. CATTLE VIEWING We welcome all interested parties to come visit us at any time.
