Binswanger negotiates ten-year, 81,226 s/f office/warehouse lease in Philadelphia
HILADELPHIA, PA — On behalf of Hunter Keystone Peterbilt, LP, dba “Hunter Truck” (Hunter), Binswanger announced a ten-year, 81,226 s/f office/ warehouse lease from Char- ter Road Realty, LLC . The property is located at 2811 Charter Rd. in Philadelphia. Hunter plans to operate a full service International/ Navistar heavy and medium duty truck dealership and an Idealease heavy and medium duty truck leasing company at this location. They plan to em- ployee 40 – 50 people within the first year of operation. The transactionwas handled by Chris Pennington , senior vice president of Binswanger’s Philadelphia, Pennsylvania office. Hunter is a family owned and operated network of truck dealerships that has been in business for over 80 years, with locations that span over multiple states in the North- east (Pennsylvania, New Jer- sey, New York and West Vir- ginia).
