ENNSAUKEN, PA — Ian Richman and Marc Isdaner of Col- liers International’s Mount Laurel, NJ office represented The Bloom Organization in the investment sale of 7203 BrowningRd. and 7239Brown- ing Rd. to Airport Industrial Partners, LLC for a combined price of $3.15 million. The two multi-tenant industrial flex buildings total 55,037 s/f and are 100% leased.
