Each attendee will have time to give an overview of what they specialize in along with an idea of who they need to meet in the industry to expand their business. About The Pipeline : The Pipeline is comprised of female professionals in retail real estate. The group was formed in September 2016 after the Women's SIG at the ICSC PA, NJ,DE Conference. Our vision is to provide opportunities for women to network and support one another. We believe in building a pipeline for the women within the industry and the next generation of women to come.
