Friends and Customers, Welcome to the Mead Farms Performance Tested Bull Sale. As we enter 2026, Mead Farms proudly celebrates 84 years in the cattle business. For more than eight decades, our unwavering commitment to quality “by the numbers” has positioned us as Missouri’s #1 Pathfinder Herd—an honor we are proud to uphold. We sincerely appreciate your interest and continued support. This is an exciting time in the beef industry, as cattle producers are experiencing market conditions and opportunities that were once hard to imagine. There has never been a better time to invest in your future by adding high-quality, performance-driven genetics to your herd. This year’s offering will consist of Angus, Red Angus, Charolais, and Hereford bulls. We have worked diligently to develop these bulls on a high-roughage diet to ensure durability, soundness, and adaptability to real-world production environments. There are no self-feeders in our bull pens. Each bull is fed twice daily, and our dedicated staff evaluates every pen every day, removing any animals that do not meet our standards. Our goal is to present bulls that are structurally sound, fertile, and ready to go to work for our customers. We incorporate artificial insemination and embryo transfer into our breeding program to provide our customers access to elite genetics from across the country. This approach allows us to offer bulls backed by proven performance and genetic excellence. Each bull carries genomic-enhanced EPDs, parentage verification, and individual performance measurements. We strongly believe in the value of both phenotypic and genotypic data, and Mead Farms is committed to providing the information you need to make a confident and informed genetic investment. We invite you to visit the farm at your convenience to view this year’s registered bull offering prior to the sale. Bulls will be available for inspection, and videos will be provided for your convenience. Whether your production goals include calving ease, growth, carcass merit, or maternal strength, you will find high-quality genetics designed to move your herd forward. Thank you again for your interest in Mead Farms and for allowing us the opportunity to earn your business. We look forward to seeing you on sale day and visiting with you. Please feel free to call or stop by at any time.
