During the 2024-2025 fiscal year, Pima Council on Aging (PCOA) continued to profoundly impact the lives of older adults and their caregivers throughout Pima County. While it can be challenging to quantify the total number of people served, our commitment to providing comprehensive support remains unwavering. From in-home services to community education and referrals, PCOA’s reach is extensive, serving over 20,000 individuals this year. 2024-2025 Fiscal Year Impact and Achievements

20,000+ older adults and caregivers served in Pima County.
1,034 people received in-home support through Home & Community-Based Services (HCBS).
40 transportation clients provided with 3,944 one-way rides.
1,023 clients received 166,010 home-delivered meals.
323 Neighbors Care Alliance volunteers provided companionship, transportation, and errands.
2,387 community members accessed personalized care plans and end-of-life support.
Thousands of volunteer hours invested to strengthen neighborhoods and reduce isolation.
1,415 people received advocacy and assistance through Rights & Benefits .
936 clients received 1,271 home repairs and safety modifications.
1,467 clients enjoyed 69,245 meals at community lunch sites.
