Space, often called “the last frontier”, has inspired scientists, star- gazers and adventurers for generations. Get inspired to go on your own adventure and join us on a Mission 2 Space! Discover some incredible structures at Kennedy Space Center’s Launch Complex 39, travel the surface of the moon on a lunar rover, and explore Mars onboard the “Curiosity”. Our tour would not be complete without a visit to the International Space Station. We’ll provide the bricks; all you need to bring for this adventure is your imagination! A minimum of 6 must register 7 days prior to class date. Please note all classes will register with a 20 percent down payment and must pay remaining balance to the instructor on the first scheduled day of class. Have you ever wondered how things are made? Or wanted to operate the big machines in a factory? Factories rely on special machines to help build, move and package the things we use every day. Come build kid-sized versions of these clever creations, such as a scissor lift, specialized conveyor belts and even a robot! You’ll learn about the engineering challenges involved in machine design and maybe be inspired to invent your own machine! A minimum of 6 must register 7 days prior to class date.
