SCHOLARSHIP DETAILS
Sumner College is proud to support our Practical Nursing (PN) students who demonstrate exceptional academic achievement. We are excited to offer the Sumner College PN Academic Excellence Scholarship to reward students who are committed to maintaining a strong academic record throughout their program. Students may apply for the scholarship once at the end of their first academic year (after completing Term 3). Scholarship Disbursement : Scholarships will be applied to the student’s final academic term of study upon completion of term 5. If a credit balance remains after all graduation requirements have been met, the balance will be refunded to the graduate within 30 days following the completion of their final term. Completion Requirement : Students must complete the entire PN program and graduate to be eligible for this scholarship. Scholarship Limits : If the student has previously received a scholarship from Sumner College, the maximum total scholarship eligibility is $3,000 . Academic Performance : Maintain a cumulative GPA (CGPA) of 3.4 or higher , assessed at the end of the first academic year (third term).
