Who Can Benefit? This training is essential for health and wellness professionals, including case managers, dieticians, healthcare providers, and anyone involved in nutritional counseling and education. The training enables these healthcare professionals to guide members and patients through an interactive conversation to determine their nutritional needs.

The GoMo Health Nutrition Education Digital Training is designed as a tool for providers to enhance conversations with healthcare consumers regarding management of their dietary needs. This training program includes a digital assessment of each healthcare consumer’s nutritional needs, with results immediately accessible in a user-friendly dashboard, enabling case managers to tailor support and deliver guidance and resources in-the-moment. Reimbursable Training! States approved for the 1115 CMS waiver may be eligible for reimbursement when implementing opportunities that cover both training expenses and services related to the assessment and reassessment of client needs focusing on social determinants of health (SDoH). This enhancement supports the financial sustainability of comprehensive healthcare initiatives.

Training Overview

Duration: Eight 15-minute modules.

Flexibility: Modules can be viewed in any order, accommodating busy schedules, open pockets of time and priority needs.

Compliance: The training program meets the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) 1115 Waiver requirements, supporting state eligibility for CMS reimbursement.

Languages Offered: English, Cantonese, Italian, Russian, Spanish (others can be estimated on request)
