NPORTC 2025

provides approximately 5-6 hours of treatment per day, five days a week, allowing participants to immerse themselves in the healing process without the distractions of their everyday lives. The structure of the PHP program at NPORTC is meticulously designed to address the multifaceted nature of addiction and foster a lasting recovery. It begins with a thorough Screening, followed by comprehensive Clinical Assessments, to identify individual needs and tailor the treatment plan accordingly. The core of the program rests on the development of a personalized Individual Treatment Plan, acting as a roadmap toward lasting recovery. A cornerstone of the PHP program is its robust Group Counseling component, taking place five times a week for a total of six hours. These group sessions provide a crucial platform for sharing experiences, building peer support, and learning from others who understand the challenges of addiction. They foster a sense of community and belonging, which is often missing in the isolation of substance abuse. Alongside group sessions, Individual Counseling allows participants to work one-on-one with a therapist to delve deeper into personal issues, triggers, and underlying emotional challenges that contribute to their addiction. This individualized attention ensures that each client

receives personalized support and guidance.

The PHP program is designed to equip individuals with the tools and strategies they need to navigate the complexities of life without resorting to substance use. Relapse Prevention is a crucial aspect of the program, teaching individuals to identify high- risk situations, develop coping mechanisms, and avoid potential triggers. Coping Skills training equips participants with effective strategies to manage stress, anxiety, and other challenging emotions in healthy ways. Recognizing the importance of a stable and supportive environment, Transitional Housing and Transportation assistance are integrated into the program, minimizing barriers to participation and recovery. Outside 12-Step Meetings are encouraged, connecting individuals with a wider recovery community and reinforcing the principles of recovery outside of the clinical setting. Toxicology Screenings are conducted regularly to monitor progress and ensure accountability. NPORTC's PHP program doesn’t just treat addiction; it helps clients reclaim their futures, fostering a journey of self-discovery and empowerment. By providing the intensive support necessary to overcome the immediate challenges of addiction, coupled with the tools and skills needed for long-term recovery, NPORTC empowers its clients to rebuild their lives, piece by piece, brick by brick. The PHP program at NPORTC isn’t just a treatment; it is a pathway to renewal.
