2020 3rd Quarter Crime Report Overall, NIBRS Group A offenses decreased 1.8% in the Third Quarter of 2020 compared to the Third Quarter of 2019. Crimes Against Persons increased 2.8%, Crimes Against Property increased 0.5%, and Crimes Against Society decreased 35.1%.
