Recommendation: Install curb extensions on all corners.
Issue: There is no sidewalk on the southwest corner of the intersection. Recommendation: Install new sidewalk on the west side of Ellis Ave from NW 23 rd St and connect to existing sidewalk to the south. Reconstruct sidewalk on northeast corner of intersection. Issue: The northeast corner of the intersection has a vacant building with parking at the intersection. Recommendation: Recommend eliminating parking at intersection if property gets redeveloped.

NW 24th Street This is a side stop-controlled intersection with sidewalks on all approaches. All corners of the intersection have commercial uses or are used for parking. All approaches appear to be used for on-street parking, on both sides of the street.

The on-street parking is not striped as such. There is some signage for the parking limits, mainly on the northern and eastern legs of this intersection.
