Recommendation : Reconstruct or repair existing curb ramps. Issue : Crosswalk across East Bowie Street is unmarked. No stop bar at controlled crossing. Recommendation : Mark high- visibility crosswalk on eastern side of intersection. Mark new stop bar on East Bowie St. Issue : Existing sidewalk on western side is at back of curb. Recommendation : Reconstruct/widen sidewalk on eastern side to and maintain buffer from roadway. Connect to the existing wider sidewalk on the northeast side.

East Berry Street There was a fatal crash at this intersection. This is a signalized intersection with crosswalks, ramps, stop bars and accessible pedestrian push buttons on all corners. Pedestrian signals are on auto call for Evans Avenue, but not for East Berry Street. There are no bicycle facilities at this intersection.
