Pedestrian pushbuttons are difficult to access. APS/audio signal missing or inaudible. Recommendation : Reconstruct median nose as a median crossing island. Install/upgrade lighting. Implement LPI. Relocate pedestrian pushbutton. Issue : Sidewalks are narrow and do not provide enough space for pedestrians waiting. Recommendation : Widen sidewalks at intersection.
