Ellis Avenue This is a main stop - controlled intersection, so only NW 14 th Street has stop signs. This intersection is approximately 160 f ee t, stop sign to stop sign, from the N Main Street intersection. Ellis Avenue is a parallel route to N Main Street. It is recommended to s tudy the intersection for all way stop - control, especially given the proximity to the N Main Street intersection. There is a sidewalk on all approaches.
