Recommendation : Install new curb ramp on southeast corner and across western leg, if feasible. Issue : Crossing is unmarked. No stop bar at controlled crossing. Recommendation : Install new high- visibility crosswalk. Mark new stop bar. Issue : There is a sidewalk gap on the south side of NW 14 th St here and a sidewalk gap on the northeast side of Lincoln Ave. Recommendation : Install new sidewalk to connect to existing sidewalks.
