Hemphill Street This is a signalized intersection. There are curb ramps on all four corners. Hemphill Street is on Fort Worth’s bond project list as a Tier 2 bond project. This plan calls for conversion to a four - lane divided arterial. Care will need to be taken to improve safety at this intersection. There have been two KSI crashes at this intersection, one of which was fatal.
