Lubbock Avenue (N + S) This is a side stop - controlled offset intersection. There is no thr ough movement due to the offset nature of the intersection. There is a curb ramp in the southeast corner. There is a commercial office building on the northeast corner, a Savers Supermarket on the northwest corner, and single-family houses on the southern corners.
