CONTEXT
This corridor is a residential street with some commercial use near its northeastern section. Rufino Mendoza Elementary School is located at the southwest end of the corridor. The roadway has two lanes with unmarked on-street parking and a speed limit of 30 mph. Sidewalks are present on both sides but are not continuous along the entire corridor.
