The buyer, a local partnership of Brick, NJ was also secured by MacLaren, Townsend and Talone. “95% of the property had a project based HAP contract” noted MacLaren. “The buy- er, with their outstanding management team, should see upside through more efficient management along with the long-term stabil- ity of the HAP contract,” he added.
