The buyer, Access Services, Inc., is a non-profit organiza- tion which provides support services to individuals with special needs. The seller, LafayetteAmbassador Bank, is a community bank serving Lehigh and Northampton counties. In addition in other recent transaction news, NAI Sum- mit has recently completed the following lease transac- tions: John Crampsie, principal at NAI Summit, recently rep- resented the building owner in the lease of 58,460 s/f of office space at 1550 Pond Road (Winchester Plaza), Allentown. The transaction is a lease renewal for the current tenant, Aetna. Aetna is a national leader in health- related benefits, including health, dental, pharmacy, group life, and disability insurance. transactions totaling over 6,000 s/f. The first transac- tion was the leasing of 2,373 s/f of warehouse space at 2438 Emrick Blvd, Bethle- hem. The second transaction was the leasing of 4,500 s/f of office space at 2524 Brodhead Road, Bethlehem. Michael Adams of NAI Summit has also recently rep- resented both the owner and the tenant in leasing 16,800 s/f of warehouse space at 969 Postal Road, Allentown. The tenant, Fiber Focus, is a com- munications subcontractor. The owner, Denholtz Associ- ates, is a commercial real es- tate developer and property management company based in New Jersey. Matthew Dorman of NAI Summit recently represented the owner in subleasing 17,000 s/f of office space at 3450 High Point Blvd (Le- high Valley Corporate Cen- ter), Bethlehem. ■
