a 10.02 acre parcel from the Scranton Lackawanna Indus- trial Building Company in Jessup Borough and will con- struct a 96,000 s/f flex building there on speculation. Mericle purchased lot 8 along Alberigi Drive in the Jessup Small Business Center and will begin site work for the building this winter. Steel will be erected this spring and the facility will be ready for ten- ants by early fall. Cummings said the build- ing will feature ceiling clear heights in excess of 30 feet, 15 loading doors, one drive-in door, energy efficient T-bay lighting fixtures, energy ef- ficient gas fired unit heaters and a high-density sprinkler KING OF PRUSSIA, PA — Hollister Construction Ser- vices, announced that the firm has completed an intricate, 26,585 s/f office fit-out for the new headquarters and technol- ogy center of emerging biofuel company Renmatix. Hollister vice president Scott Levy oversaw the project, which is located at 660Allendale Road in King of Prussia. Hollister utilized natural products to construct the space, which was designed by noted architecture firm KlingStub- bins, and features an open-area design with wood-cladded office pods, as well as an abundance of natural light through ex- posed high ceilings and clear- story windows. Hollister also constructed an indoor park setting with tree and plant boxes, and garage doors were added for access to an employee

system. The building will also have abundant parking on-site for cars and trailers he said. The Jessup Small Business Center is a 132-acre business park developed and owned by SLIBCO. Mericle and SLIBCO have partnered on successful
projects in the past includ- ing the development of two speculative flex buildings in Keystone Industrial Park, a 140,000 s/f speculative flex building in Jessup Small Busi- ness Center and a 62,000 s/f of- fice building in the Glenmaura Corporate Center. ■
